Arrival.
Those participants who arrive by air are strongly encouraged to
send their arrival information (flight number, origin, date, time and
to which airport - SVO or DMD - they arrive) to
quarks@ms2.inr.ac.ru.
One of us will meet you in the airport. The details of how
to find the person meeting you and of what to do in case of failure are
given on the Quarks-2004 webpage.
Location of INR.
The postal address of INR is 60th October Anniversary Prospect,
7a (Prospekt Shestidesyatiletia
Oktyabrya, 7a).
Here is the sketch of your way from the hotel to INR (figure not
to scale). Be careful when crossing the streets! It is 10 to 15 minutes
walk, depending on your speed and on traffic lights.
Office space, computers.
The offices are located in the building of Theory department of
INR (called "administrative building" for historical reasons). You will
be informed about your office number upon arrival. The common room with
kitchen, fridge, printer and stationary case is number 5, ground floor.
Please contact Grigory Rubtsov to tune your wireless card, to
receive an INR wireless card for your PCMCIA slot and to install it, to
get a login/password and all that.
Seminars and discussions.
They will take place in the INR conference hall,
in the "Main building". It is a good idea to test the mutual
compatibility of your presentation, computer and projector before the
talk.
Lunches and coffee breaks.
Their place is the "Blue room" of INR directorate, close to the
Conference hall, Main building.
